With retail stores being a key component to Nike’s success, it’s important that merchants know Nike product like the back of their hands. In 2012, the Swoosh hosted a turnkey event for sales managers and associates from the retail store Pac Sun. Attendees were brought into a classroom full of product at the Nike headquarters in Costa Mesa, where Nike brand associates educated them on the upcoming summer line that their stores will be carrying.
